HOWTO Post World-Class News Items
- Step 1. Create your contribution on your own site. Your contributions can take the form of announcements, events, discussions, blogs, etc. Post them for your local community (New Zealand, Colorado, LA County, Germany, etc.)
- Step 2. Decide if your item is world-class. Breaks new ground. Breakthroughs in practice. World-wide alerts. New initiatives, books, conferences, newsletters, blogs, political developments, etc.
- Step 3. Create a new blog entry here on Transition Network Headline News. Paste in credits from original source. Plus 3-5 sentences why you consider this item noteworthy.
- Step 4. Embed a link back to the original item. The idea is to point to, not to replicate the full content. By clicking on your link, members will be transported to your site for the full details.
- Step 5. Credit your community in the Title. Local credit where local credit is due Global significance where global significance is warranted.
